“Five years ago I made a hard decision to leave a company and a job that I loved to pursue what I thought was my calling, nursing school. Not to long after I had left and began my clinical semesters I realized a career in nursing was no longer my passion. So I went back to the company that I had fallen in love with. Looking back I never thought that in 5 years I would work my way up to being a Store Leader after starting out as a bather. But here I am. Loving my #lifeatpetsmart and all that this amazing company has to offer. I am so thankful to work for a company that devotes so much time into developing their associates. I can't wait to see what the next five years has in store.”
We’re so proud to celebrate the graduation of these 2 compassionate and hardworking ladies, Jane and Louise. They’re on their way to a fulfilling career in the grooming industry. Good Luck!! We are also so proud of Salon Leader, Aislinn, on her first time teaching a grooming academy. Great Job ladies! 👏🥳
This is an AMAZING example of Culture that Store 1031 San Antonio decided to spell it out for us. The green certificates are part of PetSmart’s Play Up Recognition program. In San Antonio all leaders give out a minimum of five per week for an average of 30 per store weekly and associates are encouraged to participate as well. They are running out of wall space!!
( a good Issue to have 😊), so they are printing them a little smaller these days and changing them out at the end of each month
