Fun fact about Tori- if she’s not pampering your pet in the salon she’s rocking it out up front providing great customer service as she rings you out. When she’s not pampering your pet she enjoys her free time painting, sculpting, and reading some great books. Her favorite thing about working for PetSmart is getting to meet lots of dogs and see how unique each of their personalities are.

We’re sending our congratulations to our PetSmart trainers this week! Lindsay and Marlea recently wrapped up their pet training! They spent 80 hours training and are ready to share their knowledge and passion in their own classes. And Joan is ready for retirement! After a decade of providing training and love to the pets in her store she’s moving on to enjoy the finer things in life—her family, horses, and time with her pups! 👏
