Now is the time to learn new things! We’re very excited to make this new resource available to associates across the company. Check out the below for the lowdown on the new instructor-led training that's now offered virtually with an expanded audience!
Instructor-led training offerings are expanding to the largest audience for the first time in PetSmart history! Historically, we could only reach associates at or visiting the Phoenix Home Office or through large events such as FLM. With all our sessions converted virtually, we can reach our Field Leaders, DC exempt associates, and Canadian Home office associates (don’t worry Phoenix Home Office associates, you too can still sign-up for courses).
This is a huge win to build a more inclusive audience honoring our value United Together.
Not only are we expanding our offerings, we are also adding new offerings. These new offerings include Belonging sessions titled: “Building a More Inclusive Environment” and #IamRemarkable, Leadership sessions on “Coaching” and “Delegation,” and advanced Excel courses.
