This team is responsible for supporting associate onboarding (store, distribution center, and corporate office), continued education, and project-based learning. This team also delivers live, instructor-led development courses throughout the year. The Learning Consultants have to be well-rounded because they often must consult with various levels of leadership on business needs, training requirements, etc. Then, they are the instructional designers, building engaging learning courses and materials. They also need to be efficient project and program managers, leading learning projects from inception to delivery.
