About seven years ago, Jordan's #lifeatpetsmart began as a CRM Manager. Since then, he's transitioned through several roles from a Digital Media Manager, Social Media Specialist, to his current role as a Manager, CRM & Member Engagement—which means he works to build and support the messaging for all pet parents by strategizing the emails that go to customers.
The Customer Experience team spans across 4 departments; Marketing, Creative, Communications, and our Loyalty & CRM team. Everyone brings their own point of view to create a unique experience for the pets and pet parents. These awesome team members work to showcase the PetSmart brand through the lens of expertise and love and provide a personalized experience for our consumers backed by best-in-class, data-driven marketing capabilities.
Jordan loves pets (obviously ☺️), but he continues to enjoy working for PetSmart because the culture and leaders have always been great, and I feel taken care of. PetSmart listens to associates and consistently works to improve and make sure associates are happy. Most companies don't always do this, or they think employees are replaceable.
