Last Summer, PetSmart was excited to begin offering students FREE virtual sessions to increase their knowledge of PetSmart, grow their retail acumen, and build on their professional development. This summer, it's happening again! Participants will be able to use this essential business and professional knowledge that employers seek as they continue their education and begin their careers.

It's recommended for Freshmen, Sophomores, and Juniors enrolled in post-secondary education. Students of all majors are encouraged to attend.
This year's Summer Experience will take place this year from June 21-August 6. The time commitment is around 3-5 hours a week—students can join as many sessions as they would like.
Students have the opportunity to hear from leaders across all business functions at PetSmart: Supply Chain, Merchandising, Marketing/Customer Experience, Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology, and more!
Past sessions have included: Relationship Building, Giving/Receiving Feedback, Emotional Intelligence, + a whole lot more!
This year, students can look forward to two series of sessions. The Business Series, where members of PetSmart's leadership team will engage weekly to share information on their specific business areas. Participants will be able to use this essential business knowledge as they continue in their retail careers. And the Learning Series, where students will get the opportunity to continue their education through various learning and development activities. Participants will have the opportunity to learn more about themselves and others through these experiences and gain essential business soft skills that employers seek.
