This year, on Launch Day of the Chance & Friends collection, one particular store associate at Store #1835 sold more than any other associate in his district. Conor sold 122 Chance & Friends plush toys in one single day.
His store leader and assistant store leader, Cindy and Angela, shared, “We had been talking to our associates about Chance & Friends ever since they showed up at the store. We really wanted to get everyone excited about the campaign. We set a goal and promised to award the team with PlayUp points if they exceeded their goal.”
When describing Conor’s passion for this challenge, they said, “He had so much motivation and excitement talking to the pet parents at check out and discussing the opportunity to donate a Chance & Friend. Towards the end of the night on Launch Day, we were only 31 sales short of our total goal. Conor wasn’t worried. He said he was going to double it. He had a ‘play to win’ attitude all night.”
