We are excited to announce the official launch of Central Bark, a PetSmart Community – our new mobile-first communication tool for PetSmart Associates.
Central Bark was created to transform the associate communication experience, improve the way we work together and further strengthen our company culture. Based on feedback from you, we designed this as an always-on tool enabling all associates to feel more connected to PetSmart, including our values, culture, and most importantly, each other. Central Bark provides access at your fingertips to view company news, benefits and resources, communicate directly with colleagues across the company and much more.
Central Bark is now available to download for all associates, including our store and distribution center associates (note: a PetSmart email address is not required). To get the most out of the app, we encourage you to complete your profile and start engaging with the app and its functionalities.
