One of the ways we bring our culture to life is through our Associate Resource Groups (ARGs). At PetSmart, we have seven ARGs comprised of dedicated associates who share a common purpose, interest or background. Throughout the year, ARGs create opportunities for their members and all of PetSmart to support our culture of Team PetSmart, drive business priorities forward and pursue personal and professional growth.
Awareness of Visible and Invisible Differences (AVID) is dedicated to fostering a culture where all associates feel seen, valued and respected. AVID celebrates and acknowledges the unique experiences and perspectives of those with disabilities, whether they are temporary or permanent, physical or mental, visible or invisible.
MOSAIC brings PetSmart associates together to foster a sense of connection and belonging. MOSAIC builds cultural awareness by encouraging open conversations, strengthening bonds and fostering understanding.
