Store Leader, Lauren, graciously accepted Leo’s invite, and they had a furry fun time at their doggy day camp Prom Pups Party! 🥳 They definitely have Prom King and Queen potential, don’t you think? 👑
We see great things for DC Trainer 2, Jessica, in her future and she is what great looks like when it comes to training. This week she was recognized for her Passion for Pets and People for her work on developing a new “Welcome to the Pack” board. What a great way to get to know our new team members! Thank you, Jessica!
Big congrats are in order for Salon Leader, Lemaj, Store Leader, Geoff, and Salon Leader, Sarah, along with the their grooming salon team for receiving a Top Paw Award! 🥳

“Little did I know almost 19 years ago when I started as a part-time pet care associate with PetSmart I was starting my path to an amazing career!! Today I celebrate the 3-year anniversary of opening my own store as a Store Leader and look back to the amazing people, memories and mentors who got me where I am today!! My biggest inspiration my husband and my kiddos who were there to cut the ribbon!!”
Senior VP of Retail Ops – East, Jason, was inspired by a recent store visit in North Carolina. We LOVE to see our associates living out our values like this. 🤗

As Chief Marketing Officer and SVP, Will is a dynamic and impactful PetSmart leader and member of the Diversity Action Council who helps make a positive impact and elevate those within #LifeAtPetSmart each day. We’ve been loving the new Chance, Lucky, & friends that are now available in stores, and so does PetSmart Grooming guest, Mickey! The most adorable, “Where’s Waldo?” we’ve ever seen. 🥰
We’re sending our congratulations to Aimee, an associate of the month this week!
Aimee shows up to work to give her best every shift! She's always willing, able, & brings her the “can do” attitude! She is a lead in our hotel and prides herself in ensuring the pets that stay with us are loved, taken care of, and looked after. She learns both the names of the pets and the pet parents, & connects with each of them! Congrats Aimee, our hotel is safer & successful due to your efforts along with the hotel team! Having the same vision & purpose as your peers is a reflection of who you are, & we are so proud of you!
